In our worship services we pray together, sing together, hear God’s Word in the Bible read and explained, and confess what we believe. We are a “liturgical” church, and use a mix of musical styles and instruments from ancient to modern.
What to Expect
We worship in English, but we are ESL friendly since many of our members are non-native English speakers.
Some people wear shirts and ties and dresses. Other people wear jeans or shorts.
During our services we do take an offering, which is appreciated, but not required. Giving offerings is one way our members give thanks to God and support his ministry here.
We meet every Sunday at 3:00 pm. Check out below where we are located, and what to expect. We are located at 1634 E. 41st Ave, Vancouver, British Columbia. You are always welcome.
There is much more to do besides the worship service. There are mid-week activities, after worship fellowship time and Sunday School classes for all ages, and every second Sunday we share a meal together.
About 10:00–10:30 am after our worship service we offer coffee, tea, snacks, and different classes and activities.
During the week we have several Small Groups that meet to hangout and talk about spiritual topics. And we have ESL Group where you can practice your English with new friends.
On the second Sunday of every month we have a lunch, starting at about 11am for members and guests. There is no cost and you are not required to bring food to participate. If you want, you can bring a personal favourite dish. We always have a variety of cultural foods.
